Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-18
These terms govern your use of Feasibly (the “Service”), a decision-support studio that generates feasibility studies. By using the Service you agree to them.
1) The Service
Feasibly turns your inputs into a structured feasibility study — market sizing, financial models, risk analysis and a go/no-go verdict — which you can export as a PDF or Word document.
2) Nature of the output & no reliance
Every number is produced by a deterministic model from your inputs and category benchmarks. Narrative prose may be drafted or refined by an AI language model; the AI never invents or alters figures. The output is a modeled estimate for decision support only — it is NOT investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and is not a guarantee of any outcome. Conduct your own due diligence before committing capital.
3) Your inputs & content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the studies you generate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for how you use the output. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.
4) Accounts
You may create an account to save projects across sessions, subscribe to a paid plan, and unlock additional deliverables. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account — use a strong password, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Guest mode (no account) remains available and keeps your studies local to your device — see our Privacy Policy for what that does and does not mean for your data.
5) Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans unlock additional export kinds and higher usage limits, as described on the Pricing page. Plans are activated either through a manual activation code (purchased separately, e.g. via bank transfer) or, where enabled, through our payment processor.
Activation codes are single-use: once redeemed against an account, that code cannot be reused. Codes are non-transferable once redeemed and we are not responsible for codes lost, shared, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient. For the bank-transfer path, activation is manual and typically requires proof of payment — allow time for review before your plan is applied.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the point of purchase, payments and activation codes are not refundable once a code has been redeemed or a subscription period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@feasibly.space and we will review it in good faith.
6) Your stored content & backups
If you create an account, your projects, inputs, generated studies and uploaded source documents are stored server-side in our database, tied to your account, so you can access them across sessions and devices. In guest mode (no account), your data stays local to your browser as described in the Privacy Policy — we never see it. Either way, you retain ownership of your content; see the Privacy Policy for how server-stored content is retained, isolated per account, and deleted.
All server-stored content is backed up nightly to ensure data integrity and recovery capability. Backups are retained for 14 days and stored securely, separate from our primary database. In the event of data loss, we will work to restore your projects and content from the most recent backup.
7) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We apply rate limits and request-size limits to keep the Service available for everyone.
8) Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output.
9) Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Questions? Reach us at hello@feasibly.space.
